Sick or Missed a Day
With so many students using the program, we try our best to accommidate as best as possible. When students are away, we give the food to their sibbling to eat or take home. If they have no sibblings, the teacher will take note of it and carry over the order to the next week. Orders are not automatically carried over and, if nothing is said, orders are forfieted There are no refunds.
At St. Edward's School, we believe in the power of community support to enhance the educational experience for every student. Our fundraising initiatives play a crucial role in ensuring that all students have access to enriching opportunities without the burden of additional costs. The school board is committed to relieving parents from the financial responsibility of field trips, recognizing that every student should have the chance to participate in these valuable experiences.
Parents are integral partners in our mission, and we invite you to actively participate in our fundraising efforts. Your involvement directly contributes to funding essential elements of your child's education, including field trips, technology upgrades, music program, athletic program, and various student activities. At St. Edward's, we view fundraising not just as a financial necessity but as a community-building endeavor that strengthens the bonds within our school family.
Our two main fundraising campaigns, World Finest Chocolate and the Spellathon, provide engaging opportunities for parents and students alike to contribute to our shared goals. Join us in creating a vibrant and supportive community where every child can thrive, thanks to the collective efforts of dedicated parents like you. Your support is instrumental in shaping the bright future we envision for our students at St. Edward's School.
We believe in enriching the educational journey of our students by collaborating with external programs that align with our values. Throughout the year, we welcome a variety of carefully selected programs designed to offer students unique and valuable experiences beyond the classroom.
To ensure that these programs align with our school's guidelines and religious views, we meticulously vet each opportunity, prioritizing the well-being and values of our students. Parents can expect timely communication, being notified when these enriching programs are made available.
By fostering partnerships with external programs, we aim to broaden the horizons of our students, providing them with diverse opportunities that complement our core values and contribute to their holistic development. Join us at St. Edward's as we continue to create a vibrant and well-rounded educational experience for every student.
